Silstar 10 year warranty

This warranty does not cover: cosmetic issues, such as those problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, neglect or saltwater immersion, such as corrosion.
The warranty does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, has been repaired with non-genuine parts, or if the product is altered or modified in any way. This 10 year warranty does not apply to commercial, professional or charter operators, a 12 month warranty applies in this case. This warranty is not transferable to any other person and only provides cover to the original Purchaser.
To obtain this 10 Year warranty you, the original Purchaser, must register your purchase online at www.silstar.com.au or post the warranty card to the address below within 30 days of purchase.
Warranty claims should be sent freight pre-paid with an explanation regarding the problem associated with the reel, and your copy of the warranty card and purchase receipt to:
